Coaching Topics

Every area of coaching I offer grew out of something I have lived, studied, or witnessed up close. These are not categories pulled from a textbook. They are the places where real people sit down, take a breath, and finally say what they have been carrying.

GROWTH MINDSET

Growth is a decision you make over and over again, especially when things feel hard. A growth mindset does not mean relentless positivity or pretending everything is fine. It means choosing to stay curious about your life instead of being convinced by it. Together, we work on the internal landscape that shapes how you see yourself and what you believe is possible.

  • Focus on continuous improvement, not perfection

  • View challenges as opportunities for learning and building resilience.

  • Recognize that setbacks are not failures, but some of the truest insights you will ever receive

  • Reframe the negative self-talk that has been running the show far too long

  • Celebrate the pursuit of your goals with genuine optimism, not just the outcome

LIFE CHANGES & TRANSITIONS

Life has a way of shifting the ground beneath us when we least expect it, and sometimes precisely when we have been quietly hoping for change. Whether you are navigating something chosen or something that chose you, transition asks us to look honestly at what we are holding onto and what we are ready to release. This work is about finding your footing, not someone else’s version of it.

  • Let go of perfect and recognize that balance looks different for every person and every season

  • Clarify what truly matters so you can focus your energy there and release the rest

  • Build healthy boundaries and practice saying no without guilt

  • Shed the burden of expectations that were never yours to carry in the first place

  • Define what success actually looks like on your own terms, and start living toward it

EMPOWERMENT

Empowerment is something we uncover together. Most people I work with are already stronger than they realize. They have just spent years doubting that strength or apologizing for it. I built this coaching space on the belief that you are capable, that your experiences matter, and that growth becomes possible the moment you stop waiting for someone else to say you are ready.

  • Cultivate genuine self-confidence that holds even when life gets complicated

  • Encourage personal growth and learn to recognize both your individual and collective strengths

  • Create a safe, honest space to explore the limiting beliefs and challenges that have kept you stuck

  • Build resilience, self-awareness, and the assertiveness to advocate for yourself

  • Take real ownership of your life and the decisions that shape it

AUTHENTICITY

There is a particular kind of exhaustion that comes from performing a version of yourself for long enough that you almost forget who you actually are. Authenticity is about coming home to yourself and trusting that who you are is enough. This work permits you to stop shrinking, stop performing, and start living in alignment with what you actually value.

  • Celebrate your true self without the constant weight of self or others’ judgment

  • Shed the societal pressures that have dictated how you are supposed to look, act, and move through the world

  • Honor your individuality and permit yourself to express your thoughts and emotions honestly

  • Discover that authenticity is not a vulnerability, but a source of strength and the foundation of a deep, lasting connection

  • Live in genuine alignment with your values, not just in the direction of what is expected

MANAGE · PROFIT · COPE

For Hair Salon Owners & Stylists

I built my first salon at twenty-six and spent the next three and a half decades behind a chair and behind the scenes of this industry. I know what the physical, emotional, and financial cost is to love this work and still question whether you can sustain it. This specialized coaching is for the salon owner who is ready to lead with more intention, and for the stylist who is determined to build a long career without burning out along the way.

  • Lead by example, not just expectation

  • Drive real revenue growth through practical strategies that work in the real world of the salon floor:

    • Enhance your skills and your team's skills.

    • Boost retail and service sales without it feeling forced.

    • Implement training programs that actually stick.

  • Cope with the weight of managing diverse personalities, competing demands, and a schedule that rarely slows down.

  • Apply positive coping strategies that protect your well-being so you can keep doing the work you love.
